At Mavi Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
